The Council of Europe Office in the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the Supreme Public Prosecution Office, is organizing a roundtable on the challenges in the execution of the European Court of Human Rights judgments in the Stanimirović v. Serbia group of cases, concerning the conduct of effective investigations into allegations of ill-treatment, which will be held on 1 October 2026 in Belgrade and attended by the designated contact points from the Basic Public Prosecution Offices who have been appointed to handle these type of cases in accordance with the General Mandatory Instruction.
